the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcomed right from the start, ensuring our check-in was smooth and efficient. we enjoyed the quick room service and loved the delicious breakfast options, especially the poha. the bartender, amogh, was fantastic, engaging us in conversation and providing great recommendations for drinks. overall, it was a comfortable experience, and we appreciated the well-maintained environment.

The location was good for Pune, right by the best malls in Pune, corporate parks and business centers, and a compressed tube. Dined at Square, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

I was eager to visit Chokhi Dhani during my trip, and I selected Ibis specifically for its proximity to this vibrant location. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its friendly staff and the delicious food at Spice It Restaurant—definitely a highlight! The options at the Hub Bar were also impressive, providing a great atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploration.

The rooms where neat and well-designed with joint beds and the breakfast was reasonably good. The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, particularly good location.

The small size was not an issue, as they were clean and well-maintained.

A special mention goes to the restaurant, where Chef Sunil and server Govind provided really good service — they took my feedback on the chicken dish seriously, and even the head chef personally apologized and took an interest in resolving the matter. The fitness center was a great addition to my stay, allowing me to unwind after a long day of meetings. Despite the limited room size, the front desk offered to help with a room change, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction.
